When it comes to trailblazers in the coaching and mentoring field, Mike is leading the pack in South Africa, with several huge achievements already under his well-qualified belt. He has a deep desire to empower others to make sense of the chaos around them, and has dedicated himself to shaping organisations and individuals to find success patterns that enable better behaviours, communication and thinking to solve problems. His passion to create inclusive, collaborative, focused, measurable, improvements within teams and organisations, is backed by his credentials as the first ever Flight Levels Guide (FLG) in South Africa, one of only three practising Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coaches in South Africa, and one of only three Accredited Kanban Trainers (AKT) in the entire country.
