This much-loved annual event has become a highlight for families, offering parents and caregivers a platform to showcase their baby’s unique personality and precious moments with the world. From 1 to 31 October 2024, proud parents are encouraged to share photos and videos of their little stars for the chance to win big.
This year’s competition promises to be even bigger and better than before. From your baby’s delightful giggles and unique expressions to their cheeky grins and playful moments, Ackermans is ready to celebrate the magic of childhood. By entering the Baby of the Year 2024 competition, your baby will stand a chance to become an ambassador for the brand and be featured in Ackermans advertising.

Participating in the competition is easy: simply upload a picture or video of your baby (aged 0-36 months) on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, using the hashtag #MyAckermansBaby2024. Be sure to tag @ackermans_za in your post and follow Ackermans on their socials.
Winners will be selected by a dedicated panel of judges made up of moms, who will review each entry with great care and thought. This year, Ackermans will be celebrating eight lucky winners, each receiving incredible prizes including the opportunity to feature in Ackermans baby campaigns along with vouchers and ultimately earning the title of Baby of the year 2024. Winners will be announced on 15 November 2024.
