Now, through two breakfast recipes developed with Astrid Field of The Sweet Rebellion, the brand demonstrates how electrolytes can be seamlessly integrated into the kitchen, in novel, playful ways.

From a tropical Peach and Mango Electrolyte Smoothie Bowl to a silky Blackcurrant and Blueberry Electrolyte Breakfast Mousse, the recipes combine flavour, texture and functional nutrition, offering a practical and enjoyable way to hydrate as part of a daily routine.
Peach and Mango Electrolyte Smoothie Bowl
A vibrant, tropical smoothie bowl made with frozen peaches and mango, creamy Greek yogurt, and REVIVE Peach electrolytes for a refreshing, functional twist. Finished with fresh fruit and toasted nuts or coconut for texture.
Makes: 2 large bowls
Ingredients
Smoothie Base:
1 sachet REVIVE Peach Electrolytes
1⁄4 cup water
11⁄2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
11⁄2 cups frozen peach slices
2 cups frozen mango chunks
Fresh lime juice, to taste (about 1–2 teaspoons)
Toppings:
Fresh peach slices
Fresh mango, chopped
Toasted coconut flakes or toasted almonds
Other nuts or seeds, as desired

Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine the Revive Peach with the water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Add the Greek yogurt to a high-speed blender. Top with the frozen peach and mango.
- Pour over the dissolved electrolyte mixture and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. The texture
should be creamy and spoonable.
- Divide evenly between two bowls. Top with freshly sliced peaches, chopped mango, and
toasted coconut flakes or almonds. Finish with additional nuts or seeds as desired.
- Serve immediately.
Blackcurrant and Blueberry Electrolyte Breakfast Mousse
A creamy, high-protein breakfast with a vibrant berry flavour. Blended until silky smooth and
finished with fresh blueberries and cocoa nibs, it’s a simple but indulgent way to incorporate
electrolytes into your morning routine!
Serves 2–3
Ingredients
2 1⁄2 cups smooth cottage cheese
1 sachet REVIVE Blackcurrant Electrolytes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1⁄4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Fresh blueberries, for serving
Cocoa nibs, for serving
Directions:
- Add the cottage cheese, REVIVE Blackcurrant Electrolytes, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract,
and cocoa powder to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to ensure a silky, smooth texture.
- Spoon or pour into individual serving glasses.
- Top with fresh blueberries and a light sprinkle of cocoa nibs.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to firm slightly before serving.
