Epson Makes Four Strategic Leadership Appointments in META-CW Asia Region

Epson Middle East FZCO (EME) has promoted four exceptionally talented leaders to senior management positions within its META-CW Asia operating region, covering key markets including Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Central & West Asia, centrally managed from a regional office in Dubai, UAE. This strategic leadership enhancement underscores Epson’s newly established sales company’s commitment to investing in and expanding its presence in these dynamic regions.

The appointments will serve to accelerate the growth of Epson EME and increase its footprint over the next five years while optimising the company’s operations in key disciplines. Christine Chua has been appointed as Strategic Planning Director, Natalie Harrison has taken on the role of Marketing Director, Razia Mahomed is now Services & Support Director, and Charley Stevens has been named HR Director.

Neil Colquhoun, President of Epson META-CW Asia, said: “We are incredibly proud to have this strong leadership team established as we continue to invest in and grow our presence in key markets. This milestone is also a significant step towards enhancing diversity and inclusivity within our leadership ranks. By elevating these exceptionally talented female leaders to key positions, we are not only recognising their exemplary contributions, but are creating role models for women within our company and beyond. I firmly believe that diversity in leadership enriches decision-making, drives innovation, and creates workplaces where everyone can thrive.”

The percentage of women in management positions at Epson META-CW Asia is currently 47%, reflecting the organisation’s ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion at all levels. Epson is progressing this commitment further through initiatives like internship programmes, leadership training, and transparent career development pathways.

As the Strategic Planning Director, Christine Chua now leads key sales analysis and planning processes, provides input into functional strategy, and drives operational rigour and business analysis for the company’s senior sales leadership team. Christine joined Epson’s UK office in 2019 as the Business Planning Manager before progressing to a Senior Business Manager post in Dubai.

Natalie Harrison’s remit as the Marketing Director includes leading the company’s marketing team to define and deliver strategies across the region. Natalie joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as the Manager of Marketing Services for the UK and Ireland. Previously, she held senior marketing and operational positions in companies across several industries, including technology, gaming, and retail.

In the role of Services & Support Director, Razia Mahomed leads a team focused on improving productivity and operational efficiency while putting customers first. She is responsible for driving the transition from cost- to profit-generating services by maximising opportunities to provide value-added support to Epson stakeholders and customers. Razia joined Epson’s Dubai office in 2020 as the Services & Support Manager for the MEAFIS region.

Charley Stevens’s responsibilities as the HR Director involve leading the company’s human resource function and partnering with the business to cultivate a diverse and innovative environment where people and the organisation can mutually thrive. Charley joined Epson’s UK office in 2018 as a Senior HR Advisor supporting the EMEA organization and moved to the UAE in an operational HR role in 2020. Since then, she was promoted to head up the HR function for the META-CW region (previously named CISMETA) before being promoted to HR Director in July 2024.
